editFinally! Hazegreay and underway... My thanks to the comments below, and special thanks to Tonya Simpson at the Naval Historical Center and David M. Key, Jr., for his truly outstanding biography of his late uncle, Admiral Jerauld Wright, United States Navy.
Regarding the article's rating, given the scope, detail, and effort that went into its creation, please be generous. Thank you!Marcd30319 (talk) 23:02, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
- Congratulations! I had been writing an article on Admiral Wright myself, but you scooped me! Amazing amount of work you've done here. I'm going to go ahead and reformat the references to make the citation list a little more manageable, and maybe consolidate some of the text to try to improve the narrative flow. - Morinao (talk) 22:59, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
Section headings
editAccording to the Wikipedia:Manual of Style:
- "Links cannot be used in article titles, and should not be used in section titles; instead, link the first occurrence of the phrase in the body of the text."
The subheadings in the article are generally linked in the text following the subheading, or could be, so there is no need to violate the Manual of Style. Ground Zero | t 03:23, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
Changes...
editI've gone through and given it a basic scrub. I think all the text now is in paragraph format. I've removed a lot of the pictures, and the bold text. Hchc2009 (talk) 20:26, 1 May 2011 (UTC)
