editNot sure if his real name is correct. I was an avid listener in Boston, and seem to remember the "inside" joke that his name was "Garagki"----asking what do you open the garage door with----a Garagki----
It should be noted that he was also central in the Boston folk music revival in the early 60s. He had a Sunday evening folk music radio show, and also MCed area concerts featuring the likes of Tom Rush, Eric Anderson, Charles River Valley Boys, etc.
