I notice there is useful discussion and sources on James Gallier in the wikipedia article on James Dakin, including an interesting note about how Gallier claimed to earn $4.00 per day when he only earned $2.00 per day. doncram (talk) 03:44, 31 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
The "Gallier Brothers, New Orleans Architects" article by William Nathanie Banks that is a reference in the article is not a peer-reviewed, scholarly article. It doesn't state its own sources. It is a magazine article. It may or may not be accurate. Other sources are needed. doncram (talk) 03:44, 31 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
