Tidy up of English
editQuoting from the section Political views and controversy: 'While Chan was not accused of engaging in illegal activity per se' Per se is unnecessary, and borders of the meaningless. It adds nothing to the sentence, and removal would not alter the meaning. Its removal would be an improvement. Would someone with editing access delete?
