GA review (see here for criteria)
  1. It is reasonably well written.
    a (prose):   b (MoS):
The route description contains several short choppy sentences. Consider combining several of them to let prose flow. The route description also overuses the words "the road" and "the freeway". Consider finding other phrases like "the highway", "the roadway", or "it". "What is now the easternmost part of I-280 was legislated as Route 25A in 1939, a branch of Route 25 (US 1/9) from Jersey City west through Kearny and Harrison across the Passaic River and into Newark, connecting with Route 21 and Clifton Avenue." This seems like a very confusing sentence. Consider rewording or splitting into two sentences.
Combined a few sentences in the route description. Reduced repetitive wording in route description. Split sentence in history into two. Dough4872 02:30, 25 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (references):   b (citations to reliable sources):   c (OR):
Consider getting more than two references for the route description.
Added a couple additional references to the route description. Dough4872 02:30, 25 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects):   b (focused):
Another sentence or two based on the route description in the lead would do.
    Added sentence about major junctions. Dough4872 02:30, 25 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales):   b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:
I will put the article on hold to allow for the fixes.

Thanks for the review. I have replied to the above comments. Dough4872 02:30, 25 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
