Nattionalistic vs. encyclopedic approach
editI have reverted this edit, which blanked the Internet Speed section of the article with an edit summary saying, "Ang part na ito ng article ay ginawa para sirain and imahe ng internet sa Pilipinas na hindi anman dapat gawing big deal dahil hindi sa lahat ng oras ay mabagal ang internet." According to Google Translate, that translates to "This part of the article is made and to destroy the image of the Philippines anman not be made a big deal because not all the time will slow the internet."
The removed material which the revert restored is relevant to the article topic and is supported by cited sources. Wtmitchell (talk) (earlier Boracay Bill) 21:35, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
