Russia refrained from condemning India when it went nuclear
editMuch of the world (especially US and China) was united against India and its condemnation when the country developed and tested nuclear bombs in 1998 except Russia (Pokhran-II). So I consider it very necessary to add this under modern relations. DreadLordaj (talk) 13:35, 7 January 2024 (UTC)
