Link to the right Miklós Haraszti ?

The article mentions "the trial of the dissident poet and philosopher Miklós Haraszti.". There is a link to a wikipage on Miklós Haraszti. That page however does not mention any trial or that person being a poet. It is a contemporary Hungarian politician.

Maybe the Miklós Haraszti (politician) in not the same as the Miklós Haraszti (poet)?
