Absolutely. I added a list of events as a section just now. I came here in connection to ongoing Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Izida Cup. All ITF Women's circuit events ought to be listed here. Major ones can have separate articles; lesser ones can be redirected to here. The list section can be changed to tabular form, sortable by continent and years perhaps. The list section can be split out to a separate article List of ITF Women's Circuit events (currently a redirect), but since there is not much else here I think it is better for now to keep it as a section here. The list complements the corresponding categories and/or navigation templates, which is good per wp:CLT, and can hold red-link items and additional information that a category cannot. --do ncr am 10:19, 30 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
