New Article
editI have just posted this, my first Wiki article. Much of the content is from recent conversations with Horst Liepolt in New York as well as personal memories and recent research. I will probably be adding some extra information soon. Boothman123 14:43, 25 August 2007 (UTC)

editRe: The above comment about Biographies of Living Persons.
In case this was a query regarding the legitimacy of the information presented here, this article is very well sourced. As well as the references mentioned in the article I have also gained much information from magazine articles and advertising brochures from the times involved, both from Sydney Australia and also from New York. I have also interviewed a large number of people, especially including Horst Liepolt himself, to whom I sent a copy of the text for his perusal and comment before I posted it here.
Also: "Horst Liepolt" has recently been changed to "Liepolt" at the start of the biography section and social matters section. I checked a few other well known biographies (eg Miles Davis, Francis Crick etc) and the full names were used in similar areas of the articles. To me this just sounds more polite, and as far as I can see does not break any Wikipedia rules of protocol so I've changed it back. Boothman123 15:23, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
