Removed this from the article: It was featured in the 1995 film The Net. Unfortunately, the software shown in the movie hardly resembles the few screenshots of Homer I've seen, and the film doesn't credit or thank Homer, Blue Cow, or Tob Smith, and there's no mention in any sources (including Usenet newsgroups) supporting the claim. --Lexein (talk) 11:06, 25 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
