Merge to here of Dab "HITS"

The use of separate Dabs with titles differing only by their casing is confusing, as the Hit#See also entry HITS (with none to Hits (disambiguation)) demonstrates. The handling of searches for such pages (while well designed) is often misleading to users, and can cause the wanted article to be missed. The small size of HITS makes a merge harmless, especially with the acronyms listed first (and thus not easily missed), which is not a problem since the rest are visible, below them on the first screen.
