I've created a stand-alone article on Knapp using the text from this article, since there are other articles that need to link to him. Much of the text in this article could be removed with a backlink to the main Knapp article, but I'd prefer that the editors involved in this article do those alterations - this is a nice article, and it deserves better than I can do.
