The Episode-Number Controversy: 4x01, 4x02 or 4x03?

FWIW, I agree with (and Ron Moore's commentary seems to support) the 4x02 numbering -- it might also be worth mentioning somewhere that, although this is the 'second' S4 episode, Razor's double-length status diminishes the overall seasonal span by two, rather than one. Don't want to be brash or pushy about it. =) Sskoog (talk) 05:06, 12 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Numbering

edit

Personally i think that that the numbering system should reflect upon what the DVD release of Season 4 says (though this obvious isn't going to be for a while). In the meantime i think Razor whould revert back to a seperate section of season 4 completely. In saying this though, it is definantly remain under the "umbrella" of season four as it was produced during season 4's production sceduel and intended to lead into season 4 but it is unique as a television movie. As I am quite sure that Season four DVD release will not unclude Razor directly in it, "He That Believeth in Me" should be 4x01. Also, this should reflect on the Episode List article too by abolishing Razors 4x01 and 4x02 status to 4x00 (which does not sync with the season four episode pages) or something similar to what was done with the Miniseries tables.

Pyxis

edit

I know in the episode itself, Roslin says that 600 people are onboard the Pyxis. But... doesn't the survivor count suggest that there were a lot fewer? Since the count in the next episodes is clearly not 600 less. Did I miss something? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.230.26.129 (talkcontribs)

I don't know what's up with the survivor count, it should be at least 39,098 in "Six of One" but it's not. The number at the beginning of each episode is supposed to represent the survivors left at the start of that episode - any who die during that episode are deducted from the count at the beginning of the next episode. They gave no survivor counts for "Crossroads" part 1 and 2, but since "The Son Also Rises" over a 1700 seem to have been killed off since the Ionian Nebula. Maybe the Pyxis crew was counted among those or something. Maybe there have been 600 children born recently to make up for the loss? Cyberia23 (talk) 05:31, 27 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
