Am I correct in assuming that this bridge replaced a much older one? Because it looks like it was made long before 1981, and I'm not sure the Milwaukee Road was financially stable enough to build a new bridge back then. ---------User:DanTD (talk) 18:26, 3 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

This bridge in an 1885 photo is the one I suspect was replaced.
