Happy Mealy list of toys

I removed the (very) incomplete list of Happy Meal toys from the article. If anyone has a complete list of Happy Meal toys, it may be interesting, but until then, I see no point in a list of eight toy campaigns out of what must be a couple hundred by now. Brian Schlosser42 17:33, 23 Sep 2004 (UTC)

is this a stub? how much is there to say about happy meals?

The list of Happy Meal Toys returned so I decided to give it it's own page.-Deathawk 21:25, 12 December 2005 (UTC)

Canadian Happy Meal

Updated Canadian Happy Meal options. (Working there now) As for the toys, we had Doogal last month, some animals based off an animated movie now (I can never remember the name, as they arn't really work remembering) Wild Life(?), and starting May 7th we will have Build-a-Bear.

All of this info is from Canadian McDonalds.

Untamed.

Was the Star Trek Meal the first Happy Meal?

I tend to think it was, as I don't think there was a Happy Meal prior to the Star Trek Meal, which was a big promotion tied in with Star Trek: The Motion Picture in 1979. AFAIK, it became known as the Happy Meal only after that promotion had ended and McD wanted to keep making the popular kids' meals. However, I can't prove this and didn't take notes at the time... After further research, I have been able to discover it was not the first, and will add this detail forthwith. ProhibitOnions 23:32, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

Cookies

Happy Meals don't come with cookies any more? When did that stop? I used to love those cookies! --Smart Mark Greene 03:14, 29 July 2006 (UTC)

At some restaurants, such as the one I visit often in Poquson, VA, you can ask when you pay for the small baggies of em. I love them too, but they replaced it :-( - Ryan Holloway —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ryan Holloway (talkcontribs) 23:01, 7 September 2007 (UTC)

Australian Happymeals..

..come to over 600 calories for a cheeseburger, small coke and small fries. They print this info on the wrappers now JayKeaton 16:57, 11 August 2006 (UTC)

Minor Rephrasing?

There is some confusion in the syntax of the article, such as:"To make the trademark internationally recognizable, McDonald's now uses the term "Happy Meal" in all countries. There are some exceptions, such as in French Canada, where it is also called "Joyeux Festins" (meaning happy meals) but is called Happy Meal in France." It can't be all if it has exceptions. It even has an entire section contradicting this; International differences. -71.159.34.238 06:08, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

Aussie Happy meals

You can only get 3 or 6 nuggets in a Happy Meal in Victoria. It is the same for the rest of the country? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 220.238.38.7 (talk) 10:45, 17 March 2007 (UTC).

June 1979

Is the June 1979 date for the Happy Meal's introduction correct? I am unable to suggest a different date, just that June 1979 seems late by a few months or so. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 01:45, 7 December 2009 (UTC)

Happy Meal toy

I have to say that I am rather confused with the article. When was the "Happy Meal" started and was the toy included at the same time? 63.3.2.1 (talk)
