Peoria?
editI'm confused; what is the relationship between HaBloch and Peoria, Illinois? 76.106.149.108 (talk) 16:26, 7 December 2012 (UTC)
Peoria once was, and Haßloch still is, known for being a pretty accurate example of their respective national average for marketing purposes, with an average mix of incomes, an average mix of ages, and so on. Therefore they both became frequent test markets for companies introducing new products. TooManyFingers (talk) 08:23, 16 May 2021 (UTC)

Suggestion: Add Etymology of Haßloch
editSince I was first in the area (hint: a certain Wall was still running through downtown Berlin!) I've wondered about the name Haßloch: Does it really mean "hate hole?" I recommend providing the origins of the name. If someone adds a history of the "village's" name to the article, they may delete this section of the talk page.
