I was warned that this page is subject to "Speedy Deletion" but do not find evidence of this on the page source.

My own talk page warns me of speedy deletion:

It says the following:

> If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag),

So I tried to follow the guidance and did not find any "db" tag and got errors when I tried to add {{hangon}} to the top of page so I didn't add that.

I don't understand what is going on. I see that the page is marked as a "stub" and I am trying to correct that but I don't have a lot of experience in creating new pages so I have added some references and tried to make this page worthy of remaining on wikipedia.
