Privately held material

In practical terms this means "There is secret reference material, but no one is permitted to discover it". I would argue that this is not admissible, that secret evidence is in fact no evidence, and that the material I just quoted should be deleted from the article – and even the claim that he sang in that Cologne Ring cycle should be deleted.
That's probably on the harsh side, but ... seriously, why is this hidden private recording being kept hidden? My guess is that it's because George London in fact sang rather poorly on that occasion. Who could blame him? Paralysis is not something a singer could overcome. TooManyFingers (talk) 07:34, 2 December 2023 (UTC)
