Talk:Genyornis

Latest comment: 5 months ago by Artem.G in topic New paper

As the human arrival in Australia is more than 40,000 yrs ago, the fact that Genyornis disappeared in a short period of time is quite absurd, as it disappeared no less than 10-15,000 yrs later. It cannot be a proof of blitzkrieg and hardly a over-exploitation (along with 10,000 yr co-extincence?). Wikipedians should take a BETTER look to this issue, instead to parrot only the 'blitzkrieg' apologysts, already weakened by the virtual 'extermination' of the 'clovis-first' theory' (and so bye bye also to N.America blitzkrieg). Here it's a interesting debate that would worth more attenction: http://www.abc.net.au/science/future/theses/theses1.htm S.M.71 (talk) 19:43, 22 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
