This article could have a more complete breadth by also discussing treatment and approaches towards treatments, as well as using numerical data when possible rather than words such as "most". Additionally, the article could have more specific, succinct sections that can replace the "overview" section. The overview section summarizes many points that may scare someone with a genital ulcer before seeking proper medical attention, and splitting it up may avoid this. this article gives the direct impression that people with genital ulcer are highly likely to have an STD. This might or might not be true but IMHO is not the right way to tell this kind of news to somebody. Someone please clean up this article. 78.165.116.123 (talk) 23:50, 7 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
