The References link is not working. please resolve that.
- The reference does appear to be a dead link, but that does not necessarily mean that it should be removed (Wikipedia:Link_rot#Keeping_dead_links). I have just added archive links to one external link on GPRS roaming exchange. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}}
