GCN and ABC
editThe Genesis Communications Network is not owned or operated by ABC, and ABC does not have editorial control over its content. GCN uses ABC satellite and hardware services to carry programming to its affiliates. The ABC satellite services include the USA Radio Network newsfeed, which they have the option of airing on not airing. Victor Thorn and Lisa Juliani's article alleging that GCN is an ABC affiliate does not bring up any relevant and/or substantiated evidence that supports their claim. In fact, the article presents no evidence that GCN is an ABC affiliate. They merely make the accusation, then make a series or irrelevant claims, none of which are followed by sources (aside from a few irrelevant quotes from acquaintences). If ABC is actually more than just a satellite carrier to GCN, and ABC does have editorial control over GCN's programming, Thorn and Juliani's article does nothing to prove it. - John Watson, April 25, 2006.
- Thanks for your interest. I have changed the disambiguation page according to the guidelines. That information should go in the article itself (once it is created), and not in a page where the casual user may arrive looking for help. -- ReyBrujo 04:17, 26 April 2006 (UTC)
