Krug Iron Works → G. Krug & Son – The company has been known as G. Krug & Son, Inc. since Gustav Krug became sole proprietor in August of 1871 at the death of previous owner, Andrew Merker. The current name of the page is a colloquial way (and very infrequently used colloquial way) of referring to the company, but the company itself is G. Krug & Son, Inc. --Relisted.
