Importance of release methods

edit

At this point in time, the article does not refer to the 'unorthodox' method of release for G.L.O.W. This has been well covered in articles available on the internet. All the following links were recovered on September 4th:

Considering the importance of different methods of makin music available, especially considering the free Machina II download, since the band is no longer signed to an album label and since the press has noted it, I would think it deserves some mention!

I'm not entirely sure as to the validity of the next comments, but the article could, at this point in time, be updated. It states the date of release will be in September. However, the following link specifies the date as October 27th: http://blog.wired.com/music/2008/09/new-smashing-pu.html Please note the grammatical errors and the fact the single is referred to as an album; I don't know how trustworthy the source is.

Official cover art?

edit

Their new website was up and running today, and while browsing I came across this. It appears to be a cover for a release of G.L.O.W., but is unclear if it's an official cover or a fan submitted cover. Anyone have any insight? Obviously it should not be posted until an official conformation is made. Fezmar9 (talk) 21:08, 27 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

I will eat my shirt if this is the actual cover. StevePrutz (talk) 03:35, 29 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
