However, 1212 was 1212 Baltimore, not Main.
Antioch was the Antioch Shopping Center in Kansas City, as North Vivion and Antioch roads. The shopping center still exists. Bishop's had taken over the cafeteria several years ago, but it is now empty. The shopping center marked for "renewal".
One of the major problems the forum encountered was rising food costs in the late 1970s.While the thought of a business actually being concerned with quality over concerns with costs sounds odd today, they were. Fresh foods were preffered over frozen and ties to vendors who had worked with the Forum during the 1930s were more important than lowering costs through lowering quality.
As an aside, the "forum", the "great cafeterium" was mentioned in a Firesign Theater skit.
