It seems this is the same person as Florence Verbell Brown.

In https://books.google.se/books?id=L25ycEzuXxIC&pg=PA936#v=onepage&q&f=false it says that Morris Hershman married a Florence Verbell in 1969, and he had a stepdaughter called Brown, so Florence (Verbell) Hershman was probably called Florence Verbell Brown before. This short biography (http://ead.ohiolink.edu/xtf-ead/view?docId=ead/OhBgUPC0021.xml;chunk.id=bioghist_1;brand=default) confirms it.
