I've added some info. As noted in the edit log, I lived there in 8th grade. Can't find any info on architect or the like by casual web search, though there's no doubt it's available, from IRMCO or the Tribune archives for 1927. Didn't add that has been in the past a popular place for sports celebrities and the like for WP reasons.
