I am now at my whits end.

We have had a problem with our Landline namely 011 452 6070 for a period of 10 months.

we have repeatedly reported the problem and Telkom cannot seem to sort the problem out.

when it rains, we have no telephone service due to the box on the pole being rusted - repeatedly someone will call and we advise them and they are going to send out a Technician to replace the rusted box.

This never happens and hence we end up having no telephone service and no ADSL - this ADSL line is always off.

Our service provider has been contacted with regard to our Internet and there is no problem on their side - but it carries on regardless. Someone at a higher level needs now to sort this mess out and should they not be able to fix their problem and replace the rusted box on the pole - we will have to seek another telephone service provider - possibly NeoTel - maybe they offer better service.

I reluctantly pay the telephone bill monthly - considering we have almost no service. The fault is not in the house - as the Technician came out and removed the Internet cable (the yellow one) and advised my Domestic employee that the fault has been sorted out. That was not sorted out - he created a bigger problem until we realized that he had removed the cable. I trust that you will be able to sort this problem out for us.
