editThe section The Kasparov match contains the following paragraph:
- The match was to be held over 12 games with the time control 40 moves in 2 hours, followed by an additional one hour for the next 20 moves, followed by an additional 15 minutes for the remainder of the game, with an increment of 15 seconds per move from move one. Original Research?
editWhere is the WP:OR? The "controversy" section - the sort of section most prone to OR - is well referenced. Or was the editor referring to the chess game annotations? Peter Ballard (talk) 12:02, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
- I'm referring to the comments about the chess games — stuff like "Topalov-Kasimdzhanov looked for a while like it would be more interesting", "Both players blundered on the last move of the time control", and "White exchanged pieces and played against Black's weakened queenside, a typical plan in this variation." (to name but three). Commentary like that should be cited or removed. Stifle (talk) 12:54, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
- Ugh, this is now a mess. The inline external links are now essentially all dead, as http://wcclibya2004.com has been grabbed by a domain squatter. The entire article needs cites that we can verify, or a lot of work on the wayback machine. 165.189.101.177 (talk) 17:20, 23 June 2009 (UTC)
