This needs some clarification. Why are most winners Brazilian? This my first time seeing non-European winners in an European championship. Sure, there have been Kenyans and others for example in European Athletics Championships, but not before they get nationality from an European country. 109.240.211.241 (talk) 08:48, 5 June 2019 (UTC)
- The European Championship in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the IBJJF federation is not locked based on nationality. The only qualification requirement is a minimum amount of points achieved by participating in their international circuit for adult black belts. Etchubykalo (talk) 15:37, 26 January 2020 (UTC)
