West Asia makes much more sense than Middle East

edit

Especially since the article is listed under Asia in "Ethnicity" template. (Mttll) (talk) 23:20, 18 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Marsh Arabs

edit

Are Marsh Arabs considered to be a subgroup of Iraqi Arabs? If so, the page needs to be arranged to show this. Gringo300 (talk) 20:59, 5 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

What a mess

edit

The structure here is a complete mess. Language groups are not "peoples" or ethnic groups, and sects/religions aren't either. FunkMonk (talk) 08:13, 13 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Yes, exactly. The whole article needs reshaping. I hope someone would do it without biased views since West Asia (Middle East) is potentially a hot topic :) Stiungraysi (talk) 20:09, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Ashkenazi Jews

edit

I don't see why Ashkenazi Jews are included here. The Ashkenazi Jewish community did not emerge in the Middle East, nor have they historically lived there. Perhaps this section could be revised to focus on Jewish groups that originated in the Middle East, such as Yemenite and Kurdish Jews. TahaKahi (talk) 21:42, 14 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
