An editor editing from @West Yellowhead: and @199.213.91.1: has repeatedly attempted to remove File:Eric Rosendahl 2015.jpg from this article variably on the grounds of "inaccurate and offensive", that it was "posted by someone who doesn't support this individual", the "location the picture claims to be from is not from there", and (from my talk page) that it is "vulgar". In every case, these claims are either (a) false and/or (b) not a valid reason for removing an image. I've invited the editor to this talk page, but they preferred to continue to edit war after the invitation. The editor in question has inferred a legal threat which I have asked them to withdraw (and they have not), and also claims to work for Mr. Rosendahl, and has so far not complied with our requirements at paid editing. They have also uploaded an image to Commons at File:Rosendahl Eric1 (2) (002).jpg for which they have no proof of ownership nor proof they are the legally designated copyright agent of the Alberta NDP Caucus. I have placed that image for deletion. In a last ditch hope of resolving this issue, I post here hoping the editor in question will engage in discussion. --Hammersoft (talk) 17:52, 26 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
Given the lack of discussion by the party wishing to remove this image, despite being pinged and invited multiple times, I've restored the image. There's no credible reason for removal. The claims of it being "vulgar", partisan, or a copyright violation are all patently and/or provably false. No justifiable reason for removal has been given. --Hammersoft (talk) 15:22, 1 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
