References GLOF section

edit

In the section on glacier retreat and GLOFs, you speak twice about a 2008 UN report without adding a (correct) reference. The first time concerns the section:

A 2008 United Nations report suggested that due to rising temperatures, glaciers in Bhutan were retreating at a rate of 30–40 meters per year.

In this section, no reference is given.

The second time the UN report is mentioned is in the following section:

The 2008 UN report also indicated Himalayan glaciers would melt within 25 years

After this phrase a reference is included, but it leads to an article that speaks very vaguely of the UN report instead of a reference to the UN report itself.

It would be nice if you would add the name of the UN report as well as the correct references. Koekoek (talk) 21:53, 2 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
