Talk:Elaeocarpus

Latest comment: 7 years ago by InternetArchiveBot in topic External links modified

This article was moved to Rudraksha, which is odd, to say the least. The latter is the name for the seeds of one species, while the article is about the whole genus (hence the list of species). That's why I've moved it back, and merged a (slimmed down) list of external references, which seemed to be the only extra information from the Rudraksha version. I created a separate article for the Rudraksha Tree, E. ganitrus, with its own species-level taxobox. It seemed the best way to maintain the distinction between an article about a genus and an article about a single species, and preserved the most information. Tom Radulovich 29 June 2005 17:28 (UTC)
{The main discussion is happening at Talk:Rudraksha.) Sorry not to have noticed the difference in taxoboxes; everything else looked just the same, hence my action. Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 29 June 2005 17:51 (UTC)
