14,000,000 tons of coffee in 2000 compared to 45,000 tons in 1990 before the geoncide? Methinks this is not correct...maybe the author meant 14,000,000 pounds? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.128.148.49 (talk • contribs) 01:00, 18 September 2006
Kenya is the world's second biggest exporter of Tea, and in 7 months it exported slightly under 200million kg, 14million tons is alot. Perhaps it was 14 million Kg? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.11.77.198 (talk • contribs) 15:47, 7 February 2007
ITC external link on trade data
editHello everyone, I am working for the International Trade Centre (ITC). I would like to propose the addition of an external link that could lead directly to the specific country’s trade data held by ITC. I would like you to consider this link under the WP:ELYES #3 prescriptions. Moreover, the reliability and the pertinence of this link can be supported by the following facts 1) ITC is part of the United Nations 2) No registration is required 3) Trade data (imports/exports) are regularly updated 4) The link gives direct access to the trade database of the specific country 5) The addition of reliable trade data to the Economy section of the country could provide an appropriate contribution to the information therein contained. Thank you for your attention.Divoc (talk) 17:30, 5 May 2011 (UTC)
