This page has been here since 2007 with very much the same text. The text at the site mentioned is fuller, and is marked as copyright. No attribution to Wikipedia is given on the site page. Can anyone decide which came first? Peridon (talk) 12:35, 15 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
The material at the possibly-infringed website came first. At the bottom of the page it cites the following source: "Schulten dr.C.M.,"Zeg mij aan wien ik toebehoor", Het verzetskruis 1940-1945, Sdu Uitgeverij, 's Gravenhage, 1993". Agent 86 (talk) 02:38, 16 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
