What is going on?
edit- Is its significance not asserted?! How can this possibly be a speedy? --➨♀♂Candlewicke ST # :) 01:43, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
- 11th place in an international competition does not make a local camera club notable enough for Wikipedia. Does it have anything else going for it? I looked for something else but could not find anything. Based on that, placing the csd tag is not an error and the reason is entirely valid. Sorry, but that's how I see it, unless you can convince me otherwise. Deletion is not up to me but up to a reviewing admin in which case I would "prod" it. ww2censor (talk) 01:56, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
- Oh, I would welcome a debate but surely not a speedy? It is also the highest place Ireland has reached in this case. --➨♀♂Candlewicke ST # :) 03:19, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
- As I suspected an admin has stated that this is most certainly not a speedy. --➨♀♂Candlewicke ST # :) 16:16, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
I wouldn't like to see this go either. I think the majority of camera clubs should have some bio here. Wikipedia should be a global reference for all kinds of entries. Jaqian (talk) 16:57, 27 January 2009 (UTC)
