Distance to ROC border

edit

By 5 November 2009 at least 16,000 civilians have fled to neighbouring Republic of Congo (ROC).

According to the map of Dungu it is very distant (1000 km?) from the ROC border so this sentence is a bit dubious. --Vs1969 (talk) 07:20, 23 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Found the source of the problem: the link in the article pointed to the wrong Dungu (in different province) so I've removed it.--Vs1969 (talk) 07:31, 23 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I think it should be Dongo (2°42′N 18°24′E / 2.700°N 18.400°E / 2.700; 18.400) and not Dungu. Physchim62 (talk) 12:50, 23 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Death Count

edit

How are 168,000 people displaced when only 100 combatants have been killed? That's a 1680:1 ratio. That's impossible.
