Potential COI

edit

After viewing the COI guideline, I wanted to address my own COI on this article: I am related to him through my father's side of the family. But I also had a question: I didn't really know him well enough to truly make my edits POV; as long as I kept them as neutrally as possible, could I continue to edit the article? --Cubs Fan (talk) 00:15, 6 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Publications

edit

Would like to add Dr. Fehrenbacher's first book, Chicago Giant:A Biography of "Long John" Wentworth. Published in 1957 and was his first book. It received two awards.Rfer to The Standford News website for reference.History1861 (talk) 19:41, 22 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Awards

edit

According to the Pulitzer site, he did not win in 1977 for "editing and completing" the Potter book on "The Imending Crisis." Potter himself is listed posthumously as the winner of that book.
