Deosai crossing - winters
editThis section is poorly written and unsourced, but apparently written in good faith by a new editor. I have deleted it from the article page, but stored it here so that the author can improve it and add reliable references. Chienlit (talk) 17:45, 25 May 2012 (UTC)

Formerly article' Infobox was with IUCN category II (national park). Changed to Ib as IUCN's Wilderness Protected Areas, p.5, the document says "1b protected areas..." about the park plus Forest Wildlife & Environmental Department of Gilgit-Baltistan mentions "According to IUCN protected area categories, Deosai is a category I National Park, for the protection and conservation of endemic species of Himalayan Brown Bear."
