I have removed the proposed deletion because I found several book sources using this term. This book on supply chain management lists it in the index, so is clearly using it as a defined term rather than a literal meaning. This book on marketing gives a definition of the term, and explains the use of the principle, but it has a broader, and more intelligble definition than the one currectly in the article. Coffee rarely available in South America

edit

Really? A Columbian friend of mine used to regularly bring back presents of packs of coffee from Columbia, and this person does not seem to have a problem buying coffee in Brazil supermarkets at just over $2 per pound. SpinningSpark 13:07, 20 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Since there has been no response, I have removed the claim. Also Coffee Review says that most of the coffee produced in Venuzeula is drunk locally. SpinningSpark 17:36, 16 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
