Sorry, I don't agree - a purpose of a disambiguation page is to allow people to easily find the right article, not to dismissively say that someone is just another person. If additional notable writers named David Mitchell turn up, then there would probably be a need to group them in a Writers section.
If people are all in dedicated sections then the one writer he would be in a section of his own, just as the one admiral, the one murderer and so on. Doing this would make the page more difficult to consult, defeating the purpose.--A bit iffy (talk) 10:51, 7 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
