Robbery
editWas David Mills the victim of a robbery at one point? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.97.194.200 (talk) 16:50, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
No longer a solicitor?
editI was curious whether any action was taken against him by the SRA for the accusations regarding Berlusconi. He doesn't appear on the Law Society of England & Wales' list of solicitors and his firm (at least the one according to this article) does not list him as a member any longer (website). Anyone know for sure if he has been struck off? (Connolly15 (talk) 14:55, 28 November 2011 (UTC))
- The Guardian reported today that "Two other charges against the British lawyer in Italy have been declared timed out, but their formal status is unresolved." so it is fair to assume that he is still a lawyer. SmartSE (talk) 21:45, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks, it was actually reading that article that got me thinking about whether he had been struck off. Strange that he is not on the rolls anymore. (Connolly15 (talk) 10:43, 29 November 2011 (UTC))
