The ACBL Hall of Fame citation David Bruce 1900–1965 begins "Born in New York City, David Burnstine (the name he went by during his playing career)" which evades his birthname and hints at a pseudonym. It concludes "After his illustrious career in the 1930s, he changed his name to David Bruce." which suggests that David Burnstine was his legal name. --P64 (talk) 20:54, 1 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
