Professional wrestling category?
editI was thinking that maybe this page should be in the American professional wrestlers category, seeing as how Arquette's short run in WCW is still talked about today (for better or worse... okay, for worse). I know he's not a career wrestler, but neither was Andy Kaufman, yet he's in the US wrestlers category because of the work he did in Memphis with Jerry Lawler.Jeff Silvers 19:11, 13 November 2005 (UTC)
Personal life
editShouldn't the information about wife and children be in the "private life" section and the wrestling and "Ready to Rumble" info in the career section?
Where's the acting category?
editAll I see is professional wrestling, where's his acting category? How he started acting and what not, and why isn't his wife and marriage even memtioned? Even his films, where's his filmlography, it's only Scream that I see, cuz I know he acted in other movies. Can you guys please expand this article.
- If you have more info than us, add it yourself.
- This is true, I was going to complain in here myself. This page is a perfect example of the the ridiculous bias Wikipedia suffers - endless spiel about garbage like videogames and wrestling and a comparative lack of writing about more important things. Mr.bonus 22:21, 17 December 2006 (UTC)
Filmography
editCan someone please clean up his filmography, some are bogus, like President Evil, when I clicked it, his name isn't in the guest stars list, what's up with that? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Gregorynovella (talk • contribs) 15:20, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
Band
editI thought he was in a band or was part of one at one point. I believe the band is on the Scream 3 soundtrack also.
- I found the info on the band and it says that David was or is the lead singer. The band is called Ear2000
here is the page with info. http://www.scream3music.com/news/index.html then go under bands and look for ear2000
- Ok we have info that proves he is in a band so why is there still not info on it in his profile.
Terrorist?
edit- What's the deal with the 'Terrorists' category in the bottom???!!! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 89.139.165.224 (talk) 17:01, August 23, 2007 (UTC)
"Descendent" of Merriweather Lewis"
editIs there evidence that Merriweather Lewis had any descendents, including the Arquettes?Kbritain (talk) 19:02, 9 March 2008 (UTC)kbritain
Way too "in universe"
editWhy is professional wrestling treated in the article as a legit sport? If an article about an actor portrayed the exploits of his movie characters as if they were real, and not performances, everyone (I hope) would recognize the absurdity. The same should go for this guy's imaginary "wrestling." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.229.62.47 (talk) 15:42, 1 November 2008 (UTC)
Pre-Cox
editBefore marrying Courteney Cox he dated Erin Everly (Axl Rose's ex) for many years and supported her through the court case against Rose. Is this worth inclucing? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 210.49.196.205 (talk) 15:11, 4 December 2008 (UTC)
Very thin blood?
editI undid revision 258405559 by 68.34.142.241 because it really, really looked like humorous (?) vandalism.
- If 68.34.142.241 wanted to point to a possible medical condition (I might be wrong, after all), I kindly ask him to phrase it decently and to include references. Davide.tassinari (talk) 18:47, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
Unclear
editThe Section disscussing his appearance on Geroge Lopez is VERY un-clear. I think it requires a clean up. I would do it myself but don't know what it's even about, so won't try. SashaJohn (talk) 21:02, 26 March 2010 (UTC)
Not born in Winchester, Virginia - he is from Front Royal, Virginia
editThis is inaccurate. 71.168.8.191 (talk) 20:00, 10 April 2012 (UTC)
- Sources currently listed as #s 6,7, and 8 show Bentonville/the commune. In one of the interviews he stated Winchester, but perhaps that was just a simplification on his part. MartinezMD (talk) 05:40, 10 December 2021 (UTC)

He cannot be a descendant of Meriwether Lewis. Meriwether Lewis had no children, he never married and had no children out of wedlock that have been found. Lewis' genealogy can been seen on the Meriwether Society web page: Gemerm 22:20, 11 April 2007 (UTC) |

When Jack Went Glamping
editThis film has been completed. No reason it shouldn't be included on his page. There are enough sources out there with pictures of the wrap party in Texas, to Breakdown Services hiring roles for a start in early-May (http://talentrep.breakdownexpress.com/projects/?view=breakdowns&action=details&breakdown=496092). I would be happy to send pictures of actors from set, or will put anyone in touch with any actor from the shoot (now past tense) itself. Donmike10 (talk) 17:27, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
- Several problems here. The above source and two of the sources you cite in the article do not confirm anything. And the Twitter source is unreliable. Pictures alone aren't reliable sources. Your saying it doesn't make it true. Find a clearer, more reliable source and remove the item until you do. Sundayclose (talk) 17:32, 27 June 2016 (UTC)

Celebrity Name Game
editNo mention at all of Celebrity Name Game? He produces this show along with Courtney Cox, and it is hosted by 2-time Emmy winner (best game show host) Craig Ferguson. Starting it's third season on September 19, 2016. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.128.22.254 (talk) 17:12, 7 September 2016 (UTC)
