Down syndrome
edit"His brother, Igor, is Down's Syndrome sufferer. As a result, Srna dedicates all his goals to him, and even revealed a shirt under his jersey saying "Igor, svi smo uz tebe" ("Igor, we are all here for you") after scoring a goal against Macedonia."
you can't practise down syndrome. you have it, whether you like it or not. i am taking out the practise and putting in something else. not suffering, because that word has negativity, and people don't 'suffer' from it
Removal of dubious claims
editFirst off, that "source" given by user DJBungi is not a source at all: it was link to a forum. Primary sources are needed, not just anything off the internet you can find. Furthermore, the "source" did not mention either Mostar or Bosansko Grahovo. And, it conflicts with a real source [1], which says Srna's father was from eastern Bosnia. There is no source saying he is a practicing Catholic either. Please people, find sources for these things if they are so important. --Jesuislafete (talk) 18:22, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
croatia never loses when he scores
editcroatia lost the penalty shoot out against turkey at euro2008, and srna scored. so i have removed it —Preceding unsigned comment added by 140.159.2.33 (talk) 04:58, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
Bosniak origin
editPlease don't remove anything about his father being a Bosniak, it is mentioned in the Guardian and Telegraph. Spiderone (talk) 11:44, 9 July 2009 (UTC)
Serbian mother
editDarijo's mother, Milka, is from Glusci, a Serbian village just outside Metkovic (maiden surname Pucar). She is of Serbian Orthodox faith and is an ethnic Serb. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.189.236.170 (talk) 18:00, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
- Please provide a source. Thank you. --Jesuislafete (talk) 01:07, 6 September 2010 (UTC)
Wingback COMPROMISE?
editExcuse me,
to write "right wing-back" is not a compromise between "right full back" and "right wing." That would be like saying that a "midfielder" is a compromise between being a "forward" and a "defender."
It is irrelevant if he sometimes acts as a winger and is exceptionally good at attacking down the right flank both for Shakhtar and Croatia, his natural position is right full back and that's that. --OettingerCroat (talk) 04:01, 27 April 2014 (UTC)
