Underground or overground
editI think this should be moved to station as it is still unclear whether this will be Underground or overground station when reopened Simply south 22:01, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
- It is now very clear that this will be an Overground Station Wilmot1 16:39, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
- I understand now. Simply south 16:40, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
Table
editI have no idea how to do this but the table at the bottom of the article needs to be changed. The previous Station on the North London Line Richmond to Broad Street Branch should be Broad Street not Haggerston as Richmond branch trains run non-stop between this station and Broad Street (No Platform was ever built at either Shoreditch or Haggerston for the north bound trains on this branch). Wilmot1 16:46, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
- I've changed it using an extra rail line rail box. Can you please note in the text where the services info comes from? Simply south 17:45, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
Coloured boxes
editThey do not show the richness of former routes, nor, clumsy as they are, can they. But I have not touched them for my overwhelming urge would be to delete them.--SilasW (talk) 16:36, 4 April 2009 (UTC)
Used after official closure
editThis station was used after its closure on at least one weekend during electrification works on the North London Line, with trains running into DK from Camden Road. No idea how to source a reference for this, so, even though I was on a train that terminated there, I have not added to the article. WillE (talk) 23:00, 28 March 2010 (UTC)
Photographs
editAre two bland pictures of each of four platforms really beneficial? Should Waterloo have 40 or 50 such snaps?--SilasW (talk) 21:08, 23 October 2010 (UTC)
Eastern chord
editFrom the article: "The western of the two chords north of the station was reinstated on 28 February 2011 for East London Line services to Highbury & Islington. There are no plans to rebuild the eastern chord but its alignment has been safeguarded." This seems unlikely; the land the chord formerly occupied is well built upon so far as I can see. Can anyone provide a reference either way? Grunners (talk) 23:27, 16 February 2014 (UTC)
