Updates

edit

I've updated this so it sounds less like a 'press release'. Please note that I was paid by Daily Maverick to make this update. Thanks Wofoz (talk) 01:13, 14 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Note: User:Wofoz you are supposed to request changes instead of doing it and then declaring COI. Please do not do so again. Lightoil (talk) 05:51, 3 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
I’m so sorry about that. Thank you for letting me know. For sure won’t do that again. Wofoz (talk) 00:37, 4 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
Would you let me know if there is anything I can do to fix the piece further so it can get approved? Again, so sorry about this. I really appreciate your guidance. Wofoz (talk) 00:43, 4 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Request for removal of 'sounds like a press release' box

edit

  • What I think should be changed: I believe this edit was already approved but the 'sounds like a press release' box was not removed.
  • Why it should be changed: I believe this is due to my error because I did not follow the proper Wikipedia process. Wofoz (talk) 19:57, 16 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
  • References supporting the possible change (format using the "cite" button): This can be found on the above talk portion of the page.

Hi there. I see that there is now a new box that says this entry has excessive citations. I would like to help cut these back. However, I am paid by Daily Maverick to help with their Wikipedia pages. What is the best way to do this in the most transparent fashion with proper oversight? Thanks for your advice. Wofoz (talk) 21:28, 12 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
As things are now I am a not sure why @Actualcpscm added the excessive citations tag to the article. I am tempted to remove it but I would like his feedback on it, as the article currently stands, before doing so. In other words, I am not sure this article requires the removal of any citations anymore.-- Discott (talk) 10:53, 12 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
