The function of Daf 16

It activates proteins involved in stress resistance and longevity, for example MnSOD, CuZnSOD, catalase, heat shock proteins, chaperones, and stress response proteins. Biology 3595 - Peer Review Hey Emily, I'm your peer reviewer. My apologies for the tardiness of this peer review, I found your article was very thorough in terms of describing the function and significance of your transcription factor. The only thing I would change is the organization of your article, I feel that it would flow better for the reader if the history and interactions subsections preceded the FOXO section so it's a more linear transition rather than one where the reader's focus jumps.
